Position Overview:
Gaynes Financial Services is looking to add an experienced Administrative and Customer Service Assistant to our fast-growing practice. The ideal candidate should have extensive administrative experience with a solid knowledge of the financial planning and wealth management industry, preferably securities and insurance licensed. This position provides the opportunity for the right candidate to interact with clients, the Director of Operations, the Financial Planning Team, and the financial advisors while working to grow the practice. Suitable candidates must have excellent communication, technology, computer, and organizational skills, as well as the confidence and experience to prioritize and make sound decisions.

Qualifications:
- Candidates should have excellent customer service skills.
- 5-10 years’ financial experience is preferred
- Licensed in securities and insurance in the state of GA a plus
- Proficient with CRMs and Microsoft suite of software
