Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a client-focused professional with a proven track record in financial planning, investment strategy, and relationship management. You will play a key role in guiding clients through complex financial decisions and helping them achieve their life goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by implanting the Blue Heron process and dedication to the client experience.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide expert advice on investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management based on the Blue Heron way.
- Monitor client portfolios and make recommendations based on market trends and life changes.
- Be a valued member of the team by collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Stay current with financial regulations, products, technology and industry trends.
- Follow the well-defined Blue Heron processes and bring new ideas to contribute to always improve efficiencies and systems.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial role.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation strongly preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) licenses required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing a client book of business.
